Le Cartel des Mines est un événement sportif annuel de trois jours créé en 1962 à l'initiative de l'École nationale supérieure des mines de Paris qui a pour but de regrouper toutes les Ecoles des Mines d'Europe (Paris, Douai, Nantes, Alès, Albi-Carmaux, Saint-Étienne, Nancy, Madrid, Vigo, Oviedo, Turin, Bochum et Saint-Pétersbourg) dans une des écoles afin que celles-ci s'affrontent dans différentes disciplines sportives.
